Oh My Word Cookie Co. sells dry cookie mix products and related goods.

All products are provided as-is and intended for personal use only. Our cookie mixes require the addition of ingredients and baking by the customer. Results may vary based on preparation, oven calibration, and ingredient substitutions.

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can review the issue.

Allergen Disclosure

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to:

Pricing & Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is received and verified.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Oh My Word Cookie Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
