Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
During peak seasons, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order with care.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Oh My Word Cookie Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Oh My Word Cookie Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information. We’re happy to assist with providing documentation if needed.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
